Mobius Final Fantasy Global – Tonberry Battle Tower Event Guide
To start off and the most important thing to know is that both the regular Tonberry and Tonberry King in the Mobius Final Fantasy "Karma Season" Battle Tower region are water-based monsters. We'll go back to that fact later on with the deck recommendation and suggestions, but for now let us see the Tonberry and Tonberry King's available behavior and pattern of attacks:
- Kitchen Knife: Water attribute medium damage attack.
- Snipe: Critical rate up
- Kitchen Knife Sharpening: Water attribute attack that increases damage after the "kitchen knife sharpening" sound or animation plays.
- Bio: Inflicts the poison debuff for a number of turns.
- Debrave: Debuff that reduces or lowers the attack for a number of turns.
- Water Element Seal: Debuff Water Orbs will not appear or generate for a number of turns.
- Water Element Evaporation: Monster ability that when casts erases all available water orbs currently possessed.
- Grudge: Water Attribute attack that greatly boosts the damage.

Recommended and Effective Warrior of Light Job Class for Karma Season Battale Tower Event
- Dragoon : Has Enhance Fire & Resist Water (Skill Panel) Passive Ability. Dragoon is said to be the most likely job class to dominate. Dragoon has high survivability/durability as it hast passive water resistance to counter Tonberry's water-based attacks. When Dragoon's HP falls into critical, it will activate wall and boost. The Dragoon's ultimate fills and generates prismatic orbs which can be used to take the necessary actions whether to deal damage, use support, and heal.
- Dark Knight : Has Enhance Fire & Resist Water (Skill Panel) Passive Ability. Another contender besides Dragon for its water resistance and drives.
- Scholar : Has Enhance Fire & Resist Water (Skill Panel) Passive Ability. Scholar is also a Defender which has higher durability its clutch regen and prismatic orb generation after an ultimate strike (just like the Dragoon) will be very crucial in its survivability in the Battle Tower.
- White Mage : Has Enhance Fire & Resist Water (Skill Panel) Passive Ability. The White Mage's fire enhancement are very effective against water attribute monsters like the Tonberry and Tonberry King.
- Assassin : Only has a water resistance and able to use fire ability cards.
- Dancer : Only has a water resistance but unable to use fire. Although the Dancer cannot use fire the job has high survivability with its healing elemental drives. Just like the Dragoon and Scholar, its prismatic orbs also helps out climbing the Battle Tower.
- Hunter : Only has Has Fire Enhancement and able to use/drive water orbs.
